4. Streaming and Music Rights
Radio station owners are solely responsible for obtaining all licenses, permissions, performance rights, reproduction rights, neighboring rights, music licenses, broadcasting permissions, and other authorizations required for their streams and programming.
RadiosDigitales.com does not grant a station the right to broadcast copyrighted music or other protected material.
Listing a station on RadiosDigitales.com does not represent or certify that the station possesses all required broadcasting or music licenses.
5. License for Submitted Material
By submitting a station's name, logo, artwork, description, links, or other material to RadiosDigitales.com, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, resize, format, display, and use those materials as reasonably necessary to:
Display and promote the station within RadiosDigitales.com.
Operate the radio directory.
Display search results and rankings.
Promote RadiosDigitales.com and its directory.
You retain ownership of rights you lawfully hold in submitted materials.
This license ends when the content is permanently removed from our systems, except for reasonable backup, archival, legal, or previously published materials.
6. Verified Stations
A "verified" designation may indicate that RadiosDigitales.com has performed an administrative verification relating to a station or its representative.
Verification does not constitute a guarantee regarding a station's licensing status, programming, ownership, financial condition, security, legality, or accuracy of every statement made by the station.
7. Rankings and Statistics
RadiosDigitales.com may provide popularity rankings, charts, listener counts, traffic statistics, or other analytics.
These statistics may be based on data available to our systems and may not represent a station's complete worldwide listening audience.
Users may not artificially manipulate rankings, plays, traffic, statistics, votes, or other metrics through bots, automated requests, click farms, fraudulent activity, or similar methods.
8. Prohibited Activities
You may not:
Use the service for unlawful purposes.
Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, servers, databases, or systems.
Distribute malware or malicious code.
Scrape or harvest information through abusive automated methods.

ALL STATIONS WILL COMPLY WITH EVERY APPLICABLE LAW OR LICENSE REQUIREMENT.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RADIOSDIGITALES.COM AND ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
This includes, where permitted by law, damages resulting from unavailable streams, loss of data, third-party content, unauthorized conduct, service interruptions, or external websites.

To the extent permitted by law, station owners and users who submit content agree to indemnify and hold harmless RadiosDigitales.com and its operators from claims, damages, liabilities, expenses, and reasonable legal fees arising from:

Their violation of intellectual-property rights.
Their violation of applicable laws.
Their violation of these Terms.
16. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to an account or station listing for violations of these Terms, unlawful conduct, fraud, abuse, security concerns, intellectual-property complaints, or conduct that materially harms the service or other users.
Users may request closure of their accounts through available account features or by contacting us.
17. Privacy

18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, together with applicable federal law.
